“The process of choreographing intimacy is an intricate dance of navigating time, space, and vulnerabilities which demands patience, sensitivity, and creative ingenuity.”

Jaclyn Chantél, Choreography in Intimacy Coordination

If your project involves nudity or hyper-exposed scenes, sexually or gender topics, or racially charged material, an Intimacy Coordinator can bring value to your production. IC’s establish performers’ boundaries, mitigate power dynamics by liaising between performers and production, and ensure a set follows SAG-AFTRA protocols. Intimacy Coordinators can also choreograph scenes when needed.
